Boston Office Frequently Asked QuestionsClick on a subject below to view the answers to these frequently asked questions:
How do I go about registering with your company?First we ask you to send us your resume, either by fax or email. Our fax and email information is located on our Location page for each location and at the bottom of each page of this site. After your resume has been received and reviewed, one of our staffing coordinators or recruiters will give you a call to set up an appointment for you to come into our office and interview. When you come in we will need you to bring the following with you: (1) two forms of ID; (2) contact information for two previous employers who we can call to get references from; (3) another copy of your resume; and if you are looking for work in Allied Health or Nursing, (4) copies of your immunization, MMR, Hepatitis-B, and TB records. Can I get to your office by public transportation?Yes, we are located a half-a-block from the Hynes Convention Center MBTA stop. The B, C and D Lines go to the Hynes Convention Center stop; the E Line does not. Leave the station by the Hynes Convention Center entrance, take a right, go past Virgin MegaStore on your right, cross over Newbury Street and the next intersection you'll come to is Commonwealth Ave. Cross Mass Ave towards the Eliot Hotel and continue about half-way up the block. You will come to a building with 2 tall granite lamp posts in front of it, and 396 Commonwealth Ave. is the next door on the left. You'll need to go down some steps to get in; we are located on the second floor. Back to Top
Is there parking at your office?Yes, there is meter parking on Commonwealth Ave. in front of the building, and on Newbury Street behind the building. The meters require 4 quarters per hour. A typical appointment takes anywhere from an hour to an hour-and-a-half, so bring plenty of quarters with you! Directions. Back to Top

Once you have registered with us, all you'll need to do is schedule a block of time with your coordinator or recruiter, and you'll have access to training on Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access; and WordPerfect. If after your coordinator or recruiter tests you, you feel that you would like to brush up on your software skills, then feel free to take advantage of our free computer training.
